  Product usage technology
  Hao Shuai PVB film between the use of laminated glass production technology and parameters of recommendations:  
 

1、cutting cleaning and processing
  The cutting trace along the original side should be proper in order to get a well peeling effect. The size should be precise. Errors should be no more than 2 mm lest the ragged side brings bubbles. After cutting the glass side should berubbed and then cleaned by washing piece. After cleaning, there should not be greasy leftover on the glass. The endgame of cleaning needs softening water to rinse in case it should become wasted for lacking cohesive force. The cleaned glass can only be used after it is terrified and cooled to normal temperature.
2、Laminating
  When manufacturing laminated glasses, the temperature of the working room should be kept at 15℃-25℃, comparatively humidity 30% and the environment be clean, having no dirt, and working staff should wear clothes that are free of dirt and floss.
In a qualified glass-laminating room, spread out the film on a layer of the glass, make even and then put on another layer of glass. Use knife to prune and cut off the film edges. When Pruning, you cannot forcibly draw the film to avoid distortion. Leave about 2-5mm film edges outside the glass layers. When pruning the knife cannot touch the glass in case glass partcles should produce bubbles on the sides after processing
3、Pre-pressing exhaust
  The laminated glass needs pre-pressing air exhaustion in order to press out the leftover air and get a well adge sealing. Then it can be pressed with high pressure into the required form. The pre-pressing exhaustion can be divided into two ways:
  1: ling exhaustion:put the warmed-up laminated glass into a calendar press; after the first rolling, put it into a thermo slated container; after the second rolling, exhaust the air and seal the edges and finish this process. After the second rolling, seal a transparent band around the laminated glass which well seals the edge in case the all in the high pressure autoclave should stream back and cause bubbles. Nontransparent areas distributed evenly in the other parts are allowable. This technique of using single thermo-stated container and double rubber rollerl squeezer requires strictly-controlled temperature on the surface of the glass it can neither be too high. in this case it makes the edges sealing too early to allow the interior air exhaust successfully, nor too low, in this case it makes the edge sealing imperfect which causes back-steaming bubbles. Suggestion: keep the surface temperature of the laminated glass within 25-40℃; The mill clearance of the first rubber-roller squeezing process should be about 1mm less than the laminated glass' thickness. And the pressure is 0.2-0.5Mpa. The second roller squeezing process should be about 2mm less than the laminated glass' thickness, and the pressure is 0.3-0.5Mpa. ln the second roller squeezing the surface temperature of the glass must be strictly controlled within 60-80℃. When manufacturing, prepare all the glass in advance and try the best to do the process continuously and avoid long waiting time intervals, in case the temperature in the thermo-stated container changes too violently so that the surface temperature cannot be controlled precisely.
  2: Thermo vacuum pre-pressing exhaustion: put the laminated glass into a vacuum bag or vacuum rubber gasket. With cool pumping and heat pumping, exhaust the air in between the glass and PVB film layers by the pressure difference and seal the edges. Suggestion: decompression vacuum degree is beyond 650mmHg, the temperature of cool pumping should be under 25℃ and the time should be more than 15min: during heat pumping, the surface temperature of the glass should reach 70-120℃ and be kept for more than 30 min.
4、Formation under high pressure
  Put the laminated glasses which have been exhausted upright on the bracket, leaving the distance between the bordering glasses be more than 5mm. Seal the door after the glasses are put in the thermo container, first raise the temperature to 45℃ then raise the temperature and the pressure at the same time, and control the temperature rising speed at 5℃ per minute, and the pressure adding speed at 0.006Mpa per minute. When the temperature reaches 120-140℃ and pressure up to 1.0-1.5Mpa, keep them the same for 30 to 60 minutes; after that, keep the pressure and lower the temperature to 45℃, then lower pressure to atmospheric pressure. This finishes the process of formation under high pressure and we have the final product of laminated glass. The temperature must be controlled strictly when raising and lowering pressure in case of generating air bubbles in the edge of the glass interlayer.
